Peel and mash bananas, add pineapple, fruit juices and passionfruit pulp. Combine sugar and hot water, stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Pour over fruit mixture, mix thoroughly.
Pour into trays and place in freezer. Stir several times during the beginning of the freezing period. Pour into shapes. Freeze.
